Welcome to The Coin Bourse ("the Site"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. What The Coin Bourse is

The Coin Bourse is a free listing and communication service that helps coin collectors and dealers find each other. The Site charges no fees, displays no advertising, and never processes payments.

2. All transactions are off-platform

All sales and trades are negotiated and completed directly between members, entirely outside the Site. The Coin Bourse is not a party to any transaction, does not hold funds or coins, does not verify listings, coins, grades, or certifications, and does not guarantee that any member will complete a transaction. You are solely responsible for evaluating the other party, the coin, and the terms of any transaction, and for complying with applicable laws including tax obligations.

3. Disclaimer of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Coin Bourse and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions between members, listing content posted by members, member conduct, or interruption or discontinuation of the Site.

4. Member conduct

You agree to provide accurate information in listings, to describe coins honestly (including cleaning, damage, and details grades), and to communicate respectfully. Listing counterfeit or stolen items, misrepresenting certification, or harassing members is prohibited and may result in listing removal or account termination at the discretion of the Site's administrators.

5. Ratings and content

Ratings and reviews must reflect genuine completed transactions. You grant the Site a non-exclusive license to display content you post (listings, photos, reviews). You retain ownership of your content.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account page. Administrators may remove listings or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
